Minimap content, visual improvements

• Add res shrines and portals
• ~~Add functionality to customize the look of specific agents by ID (color, size, maybe shape). For example, to make disenchant spirit or skeletons of dhuum more visible.~~ Done
• Add an optional background (circular or square) to the minimap to make it easier to see
• Add invisible NPCs that cause obstructions (hollow symbols maybe?)
• Option to create a ping when pinging friendly target
