TB party window

TB should have its own party window! This would completely replace the in-game party window, just like the minimap replaces the compass. It would show all the relevant information about your party members and allies, as well as other juicy stats like conditions and health as a number... and most important of all, the ability to personally re-order the party without having to... you know, re-order the party. The damage and bond monitors would be integrated so you can move them around without them getting disarrayed.
