No SVG button

(I noticed there is already a thread about this, but since it's three years old chances are this is for another reason altogether) Well, yeah, there ain't no SVG button in that there picture. I've tried changing to the default theme, disabling all the other plugins, and deleting the cache, but nothing seems to do the trick. I have the lastest version of dokuwiki with the bundled mini apache server, and have tested it in chrome, firefox, K-Meleon (Which is pretty much firefox), and internet explorer in this computer (Windows XP), and in firefox and chrome in my secondary one (Ubuntu).
