[Bug] Childe is missing

Describe the bug childe is missing at the end of the cutscene in which you meet him

How to replicate: This is right at the start of chapter 1, but you might be able to get there quick with a /q add 100009

Notes: It's controlled by quest 100012. Quest 100012 needs a QUEST_CONTENT_FINISH_PLOT 100012 to finish. The client needs to send a AddQuestContentProgressReq for 100012, but it doesn't. When you relog, the client sends a AddQuestContentProgressReq for 100012 at the end of the cutscene and progress continues.

I can't find 100012 in any of the excels I have available to me, so no clue what logic the client is using here.
