What to do

Which is that algorithm that you find intriguing? Edit the README.md file, by adding the algorithm's name as a heading and then add a brief description of it. Keep the description as unique as possible and avoid repetitions.

@Harshita-Kanal I submitted a PR and my account said it's not considered a PR for Hackathon. I thought this issue is part of Hacktoberfest? Do you know why this is?

@Harshita-Kanal I am also getting the same issue , I have submitted a PR but it says , "Your PR was submitted to a repository that is not participating in Hacktoberfest. Maintainers of the repository can add the "hacktoberfest" topic to their repository if they wish to participate." Do you have any idea why this is happening?
