Views flash progressTintColor when view appears...

Not sure if this is intentional however I have 4 of these in my view and when the view first loads all 4 progress views flash their tintColor for a split second.

This is definitely not intentional, I'll try to reproduce the issue and get see what's wrong. Thanks for the feedback!
