Changed 'trustAttributes' matching to handle multiple values

Changed 'trustAttributes' matching from literal matching to substring matching so that it works when 'trustAttributes' contains multiple values (i.e.: "CROSS_ORGANIZATION,FILTER_SIDS").

Added 'CROSS_ORGANIZATION' as 'trustAttributes' value.
