Support for Warning and Critical Thresholds in check_dhcpd_leases.py

Hi there,

attached is a diff file in order to support warning/critical thresholds. As I'm no python coder, I'm not sure whether everything is correct (it works though) and the "-p" and "-q" command line switches might get enhanced as well.

Anyway, enjoy (and thanks for the check in general)
