Had this happen twice this morning with 2.3.0. It hangs when this happens and mining stops. Screen Shot 2024-08-12 at 12 12 44 PM

FWIW, I find these errors happen very little if I leave the default buffer-time to 5s. Any time I lower the buffer time it happens very quickly (within 2 to 20 transactions). Not sure why that would make a difference. It does still happen at the default but sometimes it takes a day ore more for that to happen.

Same with issue #147.
