Add support for redeem ecash tokens

Hi all, thanks for this beautiful cashu client ! BTW I don't understand why I can't send ecash to my wallet ? I can only receive from lightning .. But the point is to stay in ecash by default ?

So did I miss something?

Every ecash mint supports lightning, using raw ecash tokens is only useful for offline receiving which we do not support

I'm really disapointed because I can send ecash between wallets like https://wallet.cashu.me and https://www.minibits.cash So anyone can send me ecash without fees ..

Lightning should be used to transfert ecash between different mints.

Fedimint supports the ability to short-circuit lightning payments if the sender and receiver are in the same mint. I don't know for certain if this is also the case for cashu, but I would be very surprised if it wasn't. While direct e-cash support would be a nice-to-have expert feature, lightning is the lingua franca of bitcoin payments. Direct e-cash should only be strictly necessary for offline payments, which Harbor isn't intending to support.
