Spoiler images sometimes do not load

Images marked as spoiler will often (though not always) not load from frontpage or subreddit view. Either the loading bar will be endless, or the bar will finish but no image is displayed. If lucky, this can be worked around by "loading" the image, then loading the thread, and tapping the image from there. This workaround is not consistent.

This bug also affects NSFW images when "Hide all NSFW photos" is enabled.
