Slide Notifications are not being sent when notification intervals are enabled.

Notifications are never being sent. I have to go into the app and look at my inbox myself to see my new messages and comments.

Are you using Slide's notifications, or are you using notification piggybacking off the official app? Do you have a short enough notification interval set to get notifications as often as you want?

Slide v5.9-alpha2

Slide notifications and I have it set for every 30 minutes.

Can confirm issue. 5.9-alpha2, installed through f-droid. Android 7.1.2. Slide notifications, with a 60 minute update interval.

In order to see new messages, I have to go into my inbox. I would at least expect Slide to check this when I open the app.

Have they worked previously on 5.9-alpha2? If not, what about in 5.8.7 (the non-alpha version)?

I have never had a single notification from the fdroid builds - being using slide for 1 year now
