Comments occasionally fail to load and Slide crashes

When clicking a post, the comments don’t load and the spinning indicator keeps spinning. At this point slide becomes unresponsive and eventually crashes. Im not sure if this helps, but when this happens there’s a very small gap on the left side of the screen - almost like the comment window wasn’t able to finish sliding into place.

This doesn’t happen often, but when it does happen it’s usually after I’ve been using slide for a long time. I’m on version 4 build 123, but this happened on prior versions as well.

I have this issue very frequently! I'm using Slide on my 2018 iPad Pro 11", and this bug happens basically every time I use the app (and it's guaranteed to happen if I'm using it for an extended period of time). I'm also on the same version: 4.0 build 123. I have a 5 second warning or so when I see the comments fail to load and the 2 pixel strip on the left before Slide crashes entirely.

What's your iOS version? There's a beta out for 5.0 -- that might fix your problems.

Same happens with version 6.0.13 build 215 on iPadOS 14.3 (iPad 8th gen)
