dpt-rp1 can't pare with digtal paper app using USB cable

• What operating system you use？ MacOS 10.14
• What device you have? RP1 or CP1 RP1
• Did it work before (using the same mod)? Yes, and now the pkg is official ,and the version is1.6.50.14130
• Which part not working (USB, WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.)? USB, and the dpt-rp1 can't connect with digtal paper app with USB on macos or windows!
• Does dpt-tools.py or janten's authentication work? Yes, but I have to use the absoluate path for the script to authorize.
• Other details

1. the dpt-rp1 can connect the app by wifi, and also I connect the macos with usb cable. execute on the terminal lsusb 2021-09-26 18:17:37.568 system_profiler[3205:35273] SPUSBDevice: IOCreatePlugInInterfaceForService failed 0xe00002be Bus 020 Device 002: ID 05ac:0274 Apple Inc. 2. For diagnosis mod, check the foder/dev/tty* when using wifi connect the dpt-rp1, and not enter the diagnosis mode. We can find that: but when I enter the diagnosis mode , the above can't appear.
3. above the usb cable only using the usb cable for charging the dpt-rp1.

How to recove the dpt-rp1 and making it transfering the file between App and dpt-rp1 OK?

it annoy me deeply, and I can't sleep well for that!

I haven't been on this project for a while. Which version you use now and which version you upgraded from? I am not sure how official pkg could make usb not working on macos.

Does adb work?

This actually sounds like a driver crash on MacOS as I had that before. And I had to reboot my Mac. Also have you tried a different cable a different computer? (You said you have windows)

Thank you for your reply. I also tried it on the windows system on other machines. I still can't connect the digital paper through the usb cable, but it can still be charged, but the system can be refreshed, but the refresh cannot be successful. Changed a usb cable and still the same.
