Allow setting of termination fitness per hurdle

If one is using hurdles/multiple objective functions, there is currently no way to set the termination fitness for each individually. Rather the fitness of all objectives is combined and compared to the termination fitness. This is a bit inconvenient and we should allow/encourage setting a termination fitness for each objective.
