Giving yourself a weapon doesn't randomize the attachments

Whenever I click on an ArcCW weapon in spawn, I don't get random attachments, it's completely empty. And I have arccw_attinv_giveonspawn set to 10.

A workaround is to middle-click the weapon in the spawnmenu to spawn it infront of you, and to pick that one up.
