My nrf52840 blue led keep blinking both during burning and running firmware

First time use this board, is that normal?

I just dragged the UF2 file to the NRF52840 disk. Vial can see the firmware and the key layout, but when I try shorting one row pin to one column pin, no key is sent

If vial works the keyboard is working, check the pin settings maybe?
