Hmm good question. I have noticed this as well, but I do not add/edit any classes from the sidebar. Instead I ensure my blocks are fully finished while building and for the customization I make custom settings. However, it is not so nice that all of this is stored. I guess it has to do with attaching new IDs when reloading the pagebuilder instead of using the ones from the previous save (these classes are used for attaching custom styling to elements). At the moment it didn't have priority to look into this though.
