This is missing important information such as GPU and driver version.

GPU is 5700XT the driver version would be the latest drivers in amdgpu

Only RADV is expected to work. amdvlk/amdgpu-pro have many issues with vkd3d-proton.

@CamnJB If possible can you post some logs. Add PROTON_LOG=1 %command% to the game's launch options in steam. A log should appear in your users home folder. Attach the file here. If you can also copy your system information from Steam (Steam -> Help -> System Information) and put it in a gist and then link it here. Remember to let it collect for atleast around 15 seconds even if text have already have appeared as it will be working in the background still.
