Creates a web server on the device, allowing you to go to <device_ip>:8080 on another device on your local network to configure the mirror.

For now only supports setting the forecast.io API key, but it should be fairly simple to add additional settings.

It doesn't seem like you're displaying the ip address anywhere. It might be useful to have that displayed somewhere.
