.net framework 下，应用最大化时，鼠标放上消息通知弹出的消息，即 HandyControl.Controls.Growl.SuccessGlobal，会出错，程序闪退

打开.net framework 4.8 demo， 将应用窗口最大化， 信息通知， Desktop，Info按钮， 将鼠标放到弹出的消息通知上， 程序闪退
