Describe the bug

hc:Window 鼠标对其进行拖动改变尺寸时，尺寸变化不丝滑，即使我窗体里面没有什么内容。而且有白色背景

Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. 创建一个hc:Window
  2. 直接用鼠标进行窗口尺寸变化
  3. 可以和WPF自带WIndow对比
