html中的table标签功能，表格布局，还要支持跨行跨列，并且设置显示表格线条。 可以动态添加子控件（或单元格）设置行、列以及跨行跨列属性。表格的线条根据跨行跨列去绘制西那条。

项目需要显示传统表格样式，目前我使用grid嵌套，内部通过绘制线条方式显示，这种方式比较臃肿，而且不能动态生成，只能固定布局。

发现一个bug ,使用 HandyControl.Controls.Dialog.Show()展示模态框时，会替换父窗体内TreeView的背景色，尤其暗黑模式下会替换为白色背景
