hc:TextBlockAttach.AutoTooltip does not work in hc:SimpleText

Describe the bug

hc:TextBlockAttach.AutoTooltip does not work in hc:SimpleText, It works only in TextBlock. This does not make sense, after all, hc:TextBlockAttach.AutoTooltip and hc:SimpleText are from HandyControl.

Also, it seems that for TextBlock, it does not support Run, and ToolTip does not change after the text content changes.
