如果点击最大化按钮，那么一切正常，如果拖拽窗口到屏幕顶部使其最大化，那么窗口溢出屏幕，效果相当于 Margin="-4"。

Steps to reproduce the bug

新建空白项目，使用 hc:Window，拖拽窗口到屏幕顶部使其最大化。
