hc:WindowAttach.IsDragElement 窗体最大化下无法拖拽

使用 hc:Window.NonClientAreaContent 自定义了客户端内容，并且使用了hc:WindowAttach.IsDragElement="True"使该区域可以拖拽，当拖拽到左右两侧时均可实现正常的停靠效果，当拖拽到顶部最大化后，无法进行拖拽操作，只能通过手动点击按钮进行还原。还原后可再次进行拖拽
