[Feature request] Add English in the main package NuGet

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The default langage is chinese. Some patern use the default langage of HandyControl, like error in hc:TextBox, hc:PropertyGrid.

Describe the solution you'd like I think it can be nice to add English langage in the main package NuGet

Describe alternatives you've considered The current alternative is to install the HandyControl.Lang.En package NuGet

As a non native English speaker (I speak Spanish), I also think English should be the default, as is an industry standard.
