Feed through from Bright

Feed of data has not been working correctly for several weeks. Have just looked at data in Bright app, and it seems to be correct and consistent with what I would expect. I deleted integration and then reloaded, and issue seems to remain. Is this consistent with others use ? And is there any update from integration owner on any fix ??
