Description of the feature or enhancement you'd like to see in HandBrake

Support for RDNA 3's encoder and AV1 encoding abilities.

Windows 11

What version of HandBrake are you running?

RDA3 will probably just work for H.264 and HEVC encodes. If not, please provide an encode log.

AV1 support is not yet supported upstream so it's probably going to be some time before it'll make an appearance in HandBrake.

AV1 is available with the latest AMF update https://github.com/GPUOpen-LibrariesAndSDKs/AMF/releases

Handbrake lags a little in AMF updates
