I don't like much having clues touching 3 numbers. Often, you would want to use instead the 'same' clue to get the cards not touched. The risk is that it became 'dual-color (3 Suits)' where you just assume the clue touch the non touched cards.

If someone do something like it I really think it should be: 12 / 34 / 5, or 1 / 23 / 45 Or: 12 / 15 / 23 / 34 / 45. But then I really prefer Odd & Evens which put nicely 135 / 24.

About colors it look more interresting, but it's too close to Dual colors imo.
