When pausing shared turns prevent hypo from taking over until using shared turns again

Often when I'm spectating a review, I start by going over the moves by myself to catch up to where the team is. If during this time the review leader creates a hypo, it snatches my control and I can't continue seeing the turns leading up to it. I would prefer if hypo's only took effect when using shared turns
