It would be nice to have a VirusTotal status when installing APKs. Either as a link (using the hash) or using the API (we can provide our own key). If the functionality is there already, maybe you can make it more obvious where to find it.

+1 Expanding on this how about a virustotal integration in app itself where we can provide api key and this app lets you scan apks from it even before installing.

I believe VT has both a easy to use API as well as a extensive one if I'm not mistaken. Anyways I would love to see this feature as well

Virus Total API v3's Java library isn't available yet at the time of writing this, I'll start its development when it's available.
