The dependencies in composer.json file are not working. the dependency to "halleck45/php-metrics" should be set to dev-master and not master

In fact, there is no package named halleck45/php-metrics.

The real name is : halleck45/phpmetrics @vincentaubert can you add this modification on your PR ?
