per-room option to have all tweets published by the timeline owner

Scenario: We use the bridge for advertising our organization's twitter account in our public general chat. One of our members expressed concern that a tweet we retweeted came through to the room as them.

An option to have this posted as the person who retweeted instead of the tweeter would help alleviate some concern. This ideally would be per-room.
