Support aliases in various room commands (bridge.room)

The homeserver might not know about the room yet, so the ID could be unreliable or cause issues when trying to bridge a room.

This is particularly an issue when the bridge is on a different homeserver. By supporting aliases, the homeserver has a chance to go find the room and can get a real room ID. It's also a bit more user friendly (hopefully).

Ideal command: bridge.room #bestroom:t2l.io @turt2live.
