Gifs don't upload nicely/correctly

Test Tweet Result in Riot

The image is not a gif, it's just a frame from the Gif. It would be nice if Gifs were uploaded in their entirety.

Note: I used the built-in gif functionality of the Twitter app for this.

Aware of the issue. We currently use the legacy twitter media API. In the future, I want to cover all types of media.
