Hi there, we will need logs from the bridge in order to debug this one further. At least logs of debug level to figure out why it's missing messages.
I think this is a relatively easy fix in that we just need https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-appservice-slack/blob/develop/src/TeamSyncer.ts#L490 to support configuring rooms with extra power levels.

I wonder what the name is. `:mage:` is valid on slack
So trying this on Slack, they only offer female_mage and male_mage as actual names. Clicking :mage: on slack will give you female mage.
Well, the best thing we can do is either ignore invalid reactions, or send a reply to the message showing the reaction.
+1 to the points raised. I'd be intrigued to hear about the history of the Slack channel(s). When did the Slack channel(s) come about? And were other platforms reviewed before...

Running nightly from today gives me  on my @Half-Shot:half-shot.uk account. Which contains about 276 joined rooms.
