Help - Save single language file (resx) file

If I edit a project that contain several language resx files, and I made the changes only on one llanguage (ex. IT), when I save it uising "Save all changes" or "Save current resouce" I see that also change the file date/time of other language files and not only about the language file that I changed.

What's the matter?

How can do it without touching file date/time of other language files.

In this way I can order the file buy date and see only my language changes.
