The followings are in Japanese and for your tender colleague. 修正して下さった方，ご迷惑お掛けして申し訳ありません。 実を言うと現在，当方においても初版の日本語訳を修正している最中でした。 基本的に，日本語訳においてはJIS等公的機関が提供している英語対訳を参考にしています。当時は“multiple”等に対する訳語の典拠を見付けることができず，勝手に考えた訳語を当て嵌めておりました。しかしその後JIS Z 8130等に該訳語の典拠を求められることが分かり，それに基いた修正を行っていたのです。 いずれにせよ，拙訳の不備の尻拭いをさせてしまって申し分けありませんでした。 また，わざわざその旨を伝えて頂きありがとうございます。
