Misplaced classification of some scales

Four entities classified as units should be scales instead. For example, OM>_1-10 should be a OM>Ordinal_scale [Review Keil & Schindler].

And also here my apologies that I must have forgotten the issues that you created. Correct, these scales were defined as units at the time so that they could be used in the Excel add-in. It should be changed. I put it on my relatively-short-term to-do- list.
