A new release is required! Bower is not pulling the CSS file because it is not packaged in the (only) current release. Please build a new release so we can easily install this with Bower!

As this is pretty old release I created new repository for this workaround, it is registered on Bower so you can use it via the package manager. https://github.com/jdrda/ie10-viewport-bug-workaround
