Rocket science to install (windows)
Is there any update coming with a pre-built windows installer or is this project orphan now. This is the only solution of this kind. but a normal designer can't install as the instructions don't serve as expected. Kindly make an update with the windows installer or make an installation video and link in the community to guide. I wish this free product is saved for all. Thanks in advance.
Alternatively, at least give a task list of what's missing for windows support so others can join and help with the last mile, since this looks like something that's close to completion.
Someone built the working installer, but app doesn't work as it does on mac. It's half in someway

I use Haiku Animator for Windows and I sadly must say - disappointing. Import of SVG and export to Lottie is buggy and very limited. Just look: https://github.com/HaikuTeam/animator/issues/1046
Haiku has potential. Maybe someday someone will decide to further develop this project, currently it looks abandoned. It's hard to say - but there is no replacement for After Effects.

After Effects can't properly export lottie animation for me. The animation are bugged, or does not appear.
