Add Drag and Drop support

Drag and drop support is common in Haiku apps. One would expect that you could drag an event to the trash can and it would disappear from calendar and show up in Trash. Also that dragging it back to Calendar it would reappear. Perhaps the same from dragging an even from one day to another would allow it to be moved to that new day? Or perhaps not.
