"Show help" should open the html docs

Since apparently building the PDF documentation is broken (at least until ghostscript is available), and only the HTML pages are included in the package, BePDF should open those instead of the PDFs.

Should they be opened within an external browser or within BePDF itself?

I'm pretty sure BePDF can't display HTML.
