Toolbar pop-up labels close too fast

When hovering the mouse over the icons in the toolbar, the pop-up label closes very quickly. I believe it should remain active while the mouse is hovering.

Opening the annotation toolbar solves the issue for me.

To reproduce:

• Open BePDF.
• Make sure the annotation toolbar is disabled (View -> Show annotation tool bar)
• Hover the mouse over any toolbar button. Note that the label only displays for about half a second.
• Enable the annotation toolbar.
• Hover the mouse over any toolbarbar button. The label will stay visible as long as the mouse hovers the button.
• Disable the annotation toolbar.
• Hover the mouse over any toolbarbar button. Note that the label once again only displays for about half a second.
