Utilize an aesthetic rater to allow users to request a good looking image

We are exporting ratings from the AI Horde which can be used to train an aesthetic scorer (e.g. https://github.com/kenjiqq/aesthetics-scorer)

Idea is to onboard this to workers with a switch in the payload for the user where they can request a specific aesthetic threshold for an extra kudos cost. If that is flipped, then the worker will attempt to generate X images in a batch (a decent number most workers should be able to fulfill) and then select the one among them with the highest aesthetic rating.
