FR: more control over hires-fix

It would be very nice to have extra settings available for hires-fix, including:

1. Denoising
2. Image size via either of the following:

• set original image size and a percentage to enlarge for hires-fix
• set original image size and size for hires-fix

3. Number of hires-fix steps (not called for as much, but still a nice qol feature)
4. Hires-fix with img2img. Yes, this is basically much another level of hires-fix, but it's definitely useful if you're trying to size-up a tiny image and want more detail than upscalers offer, and it would work well with 1 (input a tiny image, set high-ish denoising for img2img, and low denoising for hires-fix to make it even larger)
