Bugging out/crash when placing the dragon eggon the coal block after using the temple caller

Normally after you use the temple caller, you place the dragon egg on the coal block and then it begins to float and the end gets destroyed and renewed.

But now after placing the egg, you'll be hearing strange sounds and the games slows down heavily until you can't move anymore.

had this happening to me when on a private server and was the only one online and reproduced it in single player mode.

ps. It is the hardcore ender expansion mod.
