hellevator: what's the new min/avg/max?

Hi, here is now a table with columns Min %, Avg %, Max %. When hovering a row, there is a table with "Individual chances". What does this mean? It seems to be related to warrior, mage, scout. But why? I am simulating for my char, and the relevant row is related to the char in the hellevator at that floor. So where does the choice come in?
