FR output cross distros Linux packaging format (Flatpak) package

As a linux user I'd like to be able to install MonolithCode2 using universal Linux flatpak packing format.

electron-packager#distributable-creators gives an option to output as Flatpak. Could you add it?

Thanks for the suggestion. I'll look into it after I complete the refactoring to electron 17.
